I'm interested in having Party Essentials design an invitation/card for me. What should I do?
You can contact us either by phone, email or by completing the "Get A Quote" form located on the website. You can also use the "Contact Us" form to ask any questions.
Can I purchase an invitation/card that I see on the website?
Absolutely! If you are interested in one or more of the products you see on the website, please fill out our "Get A Quote" form and indicate which products you are interested in and then we can work together to personalize the design(s) for you.
After I submit a request, how long before I receive a response/estimate?
You will receive a response to your inquiry within 2 business days. However, additional information may be needed at that time. Samples and price estimate are provided together once we receive all of the necessary information.
How many designs will you create for me to choose from?
We will create one to three designs per product for you to choose from. The sample designs will be based on the information you provide.
Will I be able to make changes to the products?
Yes. We will be working with you closely to make any changes to ensure that the designs meet your expectations. However, if changes are requested after you have given final approval, you will be charged for any materials that need to be reprinted and/or reordered.
Will I see samples or proofs before the final products are completed?
Yes. Once you place your order, you will receive a sample(s) with any requested changes. Once we make all of the necessary changes, you will receive a final product to approve before printing begins.
Can I receive a sample(s) before I place an order?
Yes. You can request to receive samples prior to placing an order. The cost is $5.00 for the first sample and $1.00 for any additional samples. If you decide to purchase the product(s), the total amount paid for the samples will be deducted from the total cost of your order.
Will I be required to assemble any part of the products?
In most cases, products are delivered to you fully assembled. However, some of our wedding clients have requested to have their bridal party and/or family assemble some or all of the products. In these cases, the customers have received a discounted price on those products.
Do you print addresses on the envelopes?
Yes, we provide this service as well as inserting the invitation items into the envelopes. We can also place stamps on the envelopes and place the invitations in the mail for you. These services are not included in the product estimate unless requested.
Are shipping costs included in the estimate?
An estimated shipping cost will be provided with the estimate. However, actual shipping costs are determined by your order and how quickly you need to receive your order.
Is postage included in the estimate?
No. If you would like us to deliver your invitations with the stamps already on the envelopes, then let us know.
How is payment handled?
Once you have chosen your design(s), you will send 50% of the estimate along with the signed contract. The balance will be due upon final approval of your plan.
Payments accepted are: Check, Money Order and credit/debit card. For credit and debit card payments, invoicing is sent via email and payments are accepted via PayPal.
Do you have a catalog?
Party Essentials provides personalized products and services that are created for our customers. Our goal is to add a personal touch to your special occasion by working with you to customize our existing products or to create a unique design just for you. Because of this we do not have a catalog.
The products showcased on the website are examples of what we can create. You can choose to customize a design or provide details of your event theme and we can create a unique design just for you. Either way, the products will reflect your personal style or event theme as your ideas and opinions are used throughout the design/customization process.

Where are you located? Do you have a store I can visit?
We are located in Phoenix, Arizona. Currently, we do not have a store. However, we can work together over the phone, through email or in person when possible.
